Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an Account Development Administrator for a contract opportunity in Lake Mary, FL. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading suppliers of a wide range of products, solutions and services in the field of energy technology.

As an Account Development Administrator, you will:
  • Develop an understanding of products, customer requirements, and competitors, market level prices.
  • Achieve planned objectives for order volume, margin, and revenue and market share as assigned.
  • Review and prepare proposals, a limited understanding of the Company’s technical and commercial abilities. Formulate price levels with the help of other team members that are consistent with the market and required margin levels to obtain the profit targets.
  • Assist with strategic accounts as a point of contact for negotiation activities.
  • Maintain and utilize negotiation database to support the reporting and analysis for marketing and sales decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS in Engineering plus 1 to 2 years of technical experience in the electrical industry preferred
  • Requires a four-year Technical Experience with some work experience preferred.
  • P.C. and Microsoft products proficiency, including ability to read and interpret electrical prints
  • Experience working in a group.
  • No or limited travel required.

Physical Requirements:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, stand, sit, talk or hear. 
  • The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.

Additional Information:
  • This is a 4 month contract
  • 40 Hours per week
