Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an Account Management Coordinator/Analyst for a contract opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. As an Account Management Coordinator/Analyst, you will:
  • Answer technical requests from customers, channel partners or representatives regarding solar inverter products.
  • Provide PV system design analysis and data to the field service/ sales team so they can adequately support.
  • Provide all necessary material requests to support the initial offer / business development activities.
  • Provides technical, trouble shooting, and application assistance to customers, distributors, sales representatives, and field sales.
  • Coordinates with other technical support personnel to provide efficient telephone coverage.
  • Maintains contact with PMMs, engineering and supply factories to ensure most up to date technical information is readily available.
  • When required provide product training to sales personnel, distributors and customers and new technical support personnel.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Technical Service Manager.
  • Ensure that the Salesforce database is maintained to an accurate and excellent standard, with all quotes and opportunities logged accordingly.
  • Assists in and supports overall company goals.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Technical knowledge/experience with solar technologies, PV (photovoltaic systems), inverters, power supplies, or other power electronics.
  • Strong MS Office skills needed.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred, or 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Physical Requirements:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, stand, sit, talk or hear. 
  • The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.

Additional Information:
  • This is a 6 month contract
  • 40 Hours per week
  • Shift starts between 6 am-9 am. 8 hour workdays (M-F)
