Immediate career temp-hire opportunity available in the Newport News area.

Work Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday  or 7:00 am - 5:00 Monday - Thursday and a half day on Friday

Salary - $15.00 -$18.00 per hour and based upon experience.

This position will be the front line of client services for the office and will be the first impression that clients have of their experience with the firm.

Responsibilities:
•     Answer multi-line phone system
•     Assist clients with questions and inquires
•     Perform administrative duties utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel
•     Create extensive reports utilizing Microsoft Excel
•     Assist office with scanning of tax documents and maintaining paperless office environment

Qualifications:
•    Minimum 3 years administrative experience required
•    Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
•    Minimum 40 wpm typing required
•    Previous experience working for a financial institution, CPA, accounting or engineering firm helpful
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task critical in this role.
