Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Corporate Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for a long-term, possible temp-hire position in Newport News, VA.

Wonderful team atmosphere!!

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday – Friday.


Responsibilities:
  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Greet corporate clients
  • Accept incoming deliveries
  • Assist with inquires
  • Perform general administrative duties utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Data Entry

Qualifications:
  • One-two years reception or administrative experience preferred
  • Degree in criminal justice or previous reception or law firm experience very helpful
  • Minimum 35 wpm typing required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required

Pay: $12-$14.00/hour
