Headway Workforce Solutions, in partnership with a committed, healthcare company is looking to fill an immediate long-term position available in the Va Beach area.  This position will support the Medicare team with marketing strategies and data support.

Hours 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday

Salary based upon experience  - $16.00 - $23.00 per hour

Analyst / Marketing Sales Assistant


  • 2 years data management experience preferred
  • Previous experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system preferred
  • Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills and a positive phone presence
  • Strong analytical skills a must
  • Knowledge of database applications and data integration


  • Provide support to team in the area of marketing and sales strategies
  • Develop relationships and work closely with key CRM partners, brokers and management staff
  • Oversee marketing generated leads from marketing campaigns by utilizing data entry software and file maintenance programs to enter and/or retrieve information
  • Summarize data and generates lead assignment reports
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date and usable data
  • Assist management in the areas of lead management, CRM processes and assignment of leads
  • Will answer phone calls  to resolve issues or address concerns regarding loading and manipulation of data
  • Manage data and run reports for management
  • Create and update database reports
