Headway Hospitality is currently seeking friendly, customer service-oriented Baristas to work with a high profile client in Tarrytown, NY! This long term opportunity would provide event based work in Tarrytown with additional opportunities in New York City!

As a Barista, you will perform a variety of tasks ranging from taking orders, operating cash registers, and preparing coffee, tea, and other drinks to customer specifications.

As a Barista you will:
  • Take and process guests’ orders in a timely fashion
  • Bus and clear tables
  • Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages
  • Maintain a professional and customer oriented dining atmosphere

  • Must have 6 months of experience as a Barista
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Highest level of customer service and hospitality skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and think on your feet in any situation
  • Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts
  • Must have experience operating an espresso machine

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
