Job Description

Headway Hospitality, a division of Headway Workforce Solutions, is currently seeking motivated Cleaning Service Workers for our client in the Huntersville, NC area! As a Cleaning Service Worker, you will clean and sanitize various locations as assigned. You will also adhere to all sanitation and other procedures or regulations as required. This is a full-time position that offers a consistent schedule. Morning and afternoon shift times available. This position offers a pay of $12.00 per hour. We are looking to start individuals immediately!

As a Cleaning Service Worker, you will:
  • Clean and sanitize various locations assigned by the client
  • Maintain a clean and orderly environment to protect the safety and health of others
  • Follow our client’s established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with all OSHA, state/local, federal, and our client's regulations
  • Clean assigned areas to client standards and requirements
  • Follow all procedures for storage or disposal of trash and transporting it to assigned areas
  • Properly maintain and clean housekeeping equipment
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications of a Cleaning Service Worker:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Consent to a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
  • 6+ months of experience as a Janitor or Custodian
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet in any situation
  • Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts
