We are looking for a Client Liaison to provide full spectrum of HR consultative support to our clients. If you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, know how to effectively problem solve and possess a solid knowledge HR and Client Service, we may have a position for you. 

As a Client Liaison, you will...
  • Recommend policies and programs in areas of Human Resources such as benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruiting, and information systems.
  • Implement programs to enhance productivity and reduce liability through improved communications and HR practices. These include, but are not limited to, handbooks, job descriptions, performance appraisal systems, employee counseling, compensation plans, hiring processes, terminations, and programs.
  • Conduct in-depth Service Assessment to develop and prioritize strategies for clients.
  • Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Instrumental in Client Transition from Sales to Operations
  • Manage client activities including on-site visits to create and develop strong business relationships, retain clients, ensure quality service, and enhance revenues.
  • Resolve client issues by acting as a liaison between client and PathGoal regarding benefits, payroll, human resources, and safety issues.
  • Facilitate Annual/Open Enrollment meetings for clients and applies advanced knowledge during on-site meetings to increase employee participation in 401(k), FSA, and Health Insurance plans.
  • Resolve client issues regarding Section 125, healthcare, and retirement plans.
  • Assist in the accomplishment of company goals

Personal Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Very close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident and decisive in decision making with a desire to consistently find ways to improve processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources and PEO experience preferred.
  • 50% local travel supporting clients
  • Customer Service experience in a team environment
  • Interaction with multiple internal and external business units.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective problem solving/decision making
