Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an Admin Assistant / Corporate Receptionist for a career temp-hire position.

This position will be the Director of First Impression and will be the first point of contact for all the offices high profile clients as well as assist the executive and management team.

Wonderful team atmosphere.  

Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.


Responsibilities:
  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Greet corporate clients
  • Collect and scan tax information  for tax preparers
  • Assist with inquires
  • Perform general administrative duties utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Data Entry

Qualifications:
  • Two-three years reception or administrative experience preferred
  • Minimum 35 wpm typing required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Previous experience working for a financial institution, CPA or accounting firm helpful

Salary based upon experience.
