Prestigious corporate firm in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Corporate Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support the Administrator and Office Manager as well as assist the Accounting team.

Wonderful team atmosphere.

Work Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday with some overtime required.

Salary $32,000 - $42,000 and based upon experience.


  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Assist clients with questions and inquires
  • Perform administrative duties utilizing Microsoft Word
  • Assist admin team and accounting team with daily and monthly report creation in Excel
  • Data Entry
  • Assist office with scanning of tax documents and maintaining paperless office environment
  • Calendar scheduling


  • Minimum 2-3 years administrative experienced preferred or recent graduate in the Business or Accounting field
  • Ability to answer multi-line phone system
  • Must have Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Minimum 45 wpm typing
  • Previous experience working for a financial institution, CPA of accounting firm helpful
  • Prehire criminal background check and drug screen will be required
