Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions, in partnership with a committed healthcare company, is seeking several administrative assistants to assist team with data entry of patient information and credentialing of full-time staff.

These positions start right away and will be a 3-4 months long with possible permanent consideration. 

Hours will be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Monday - Friday.

Salary $14 - $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a medical environment or Doctor's office preferred but not required
  • Prior credentialing experience helpful but not required
  • Must possess excellent customer skills
  • Minimum 35 wpm typing required
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have the ability to commit to the full length of the temporary contract position
  • Background check and drug screen will be required
