Headway Hospitality, a division of Headway Workforce Solutions, is currently seeking detail-oriented Custodial Workers-Industrial for our client in the Yadkinville, North Carolina area! Headway Hospitality is Headway Workforce Solutions’ newest division. This new division specializes in serving up the best talent in the field of hospitality, food, and beverage service. Headway Hospitality focuses on providing high-quality workers to clients through Headway’s proprietary recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce management practices. This positions offers $13.75 per hour.

As a Custodial Worker-Industrial, you will:
  • Clean and sanitize food processing production equipment and structures of manufacturing space
  • Maintain a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
  • Adhere to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with OSHA, state/local, federal, and our client's regulations
  • Clean assigned areas to client standards and requirements
  • Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transport it to designated areas
  • Properly clean and maintain housekeeping equipment
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications of a Custodial Worker-Industrial:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Consent to a pre-employment criminal background check
  • 6+ months of experience as a Janitor or Custodian
  • Industrial Food Production experience is a PLUS
  • Availability to work part-time or full-time is HIGHLY desirable
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet in any situation
  • Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts

  • Ability to lift to a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
