Job Description

On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representatives to work on a short-term, four-day market research project surveying guests at a local retail store located in Glendale, CA to gather information related to their experience!

The project is scheduled to take place Thursday, December 10th – Sunday, December 13th. Strict COVID-19 guidelines are in place. Pay for the position is $18 hr.

What You'll Do:
  • Work with our client to identify eligible guests
  • You will ask guests to complete a short survey on a project provided tablet
  • Overcome objections in order to gain participation
  • Assist participants with using a Tablet device, as needed
  • You must be willing and able to stand for the entirety of each scheduled shift
  • Any other duties assigned by management

Data Collection Dates:
  • Thursday, 12/10: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Friday, 12/11: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Saturday, 12/12: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Sunday, 12/13: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Paid Phone Training:
  • Wednesday, December 9th. Time: TBD

  • Glendale, CA 91210

  • $18 per hour – Increased to $20/hour if all shifts are completed

  • Ability and willingness to stand for the entirety of your shift.
  • Must be physically able to stand, walk and go up and down stairs
  • Must be able to communicate effectively through speech and listening in loud and crowded locations
  • Must read text verbatim from a hand-held tablet screen
  • Must physically transport hand-held tablet, equipment, and materials. Up to 15 pounds
