Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading suppliers of a wide range of products, solutions and services in the field of energy technology.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
  • Review and analyze customer specifications. Coordinate input from other departments to develop bids responsive to customer requirements. Simultaneously process information on multiple and varied projects, and respond effectively to changes in priorities.
  • Pursue initiatives to improve effectiveness of the group and increase customer satisfaction
  • Compile data for reporting contract scope, terms, cost and profitability, to management.
  • Attend meetings to exchange information and analyze contract requirements. Participate in investigating technical problems and establishing procedures and corrective actions to avoid recurrences.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Higher education is preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce or SAP is preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, stand, sit, talk or hear. 
  • The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.

Additional Information:
  • This is a 6 month contract
  • 40 Hours per week
  • 9:00 am–5:30 pm (M-F, thirty minute lunch) or 9:00 am–6:00 pm (M-F, one hour lunch)
