Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk I for a 3+ month contract opportunity in Auburn, WA with our partner, the nation's largest title insurance company through its title insurance underwriters.

Job Description:
  • Operates a data entry device to input and maintain lists, records, or other data points into an electronic format.
  • Could also be responsible for performing daily department tasks such as monitoring email boxes, and creating and updating spreadsheets.
  • This is a career at home job - no growth plan - we are looking for permanent employees for this position. Work from home after 90 days in Auburn office for training.

Position Details:
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
  • Will require exercising some independent judgment.
  • Must be able to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Physical Demands:
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Employee is required to talk and hear, and use hands to finger keyboard, telephone and handle other objects.
  • The employee is frequently required to walk, sit and reach with hands and arms. Vision required for this job includes close vision (clear vision within 20 inches).

Additional Information:
  • This is a 3+ month contract position.
  • Must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, applications, and procedures.
  • Wpm/ksph/10-key requirements
  • Must have internet - Company will supply all equipment when you move home to work.
  • Must have data entry experience
  • Solid attendance history required
  • Escrow experience strongly preferred
  • Weekdays 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm - Training hours will be 8am - 5pm
