Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a 4+ month contract opportunity in Auburn, WA with our partner, the nation's largest title insurance company through its title insurance underwriters.


Job Description:
  • Operates a data entry device to input and maintain lists, records, or other data points into an electronic format.
  • Could also be responsible for performing daily department tasks such as monitoring email boxes, and creating and updating spreadsheets.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, applications, and procedures.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Position Details:
  • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 1 - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.  

Physical Demands:

  • Employee is required to talk and hear, and use hands to finger keyboard, telephone and handle other objects.
  • The employee is frequently required to walk, sit and reach with hands and arms. Vision required for this job includes close vision (clear vision within 20 inches).

Additional Information:
  • This is a 4+ month contract position.
  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
