Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Dispatcher (Customer Service) for a contract opportunity in Cleveland, OH. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading suppliers of a wide range of products, solutions and services in the field of energy technology.

As a Dispatcher (Customer Service), you will:
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate activities for approximately 20-25 off-site field engineers.
  • Document call details.
  • Route FSEs to customers efficiently and economically.
  • Recognize and escalate calls to managers as appropriate.
  • Obtain PO, project number, job number, etc. from customer or internal source as required.
  • Front line position for mediating upset customers.
  • Effectively communication with customers upon setting up a field call.
  • Participate in department meetings.
  • Participate in department training plans.
  • Perform after-hours dispatching duties.
  • Work and thrive within a team environment.
  • Monitor and disposition of customers annual labor and parts contracts.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Experience is a plus
  • Customer Service Experience

Physical Requirements:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, stand, sit, talk or hear. 
  • The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.

Additional Information:
  • This is a 12 month contract
  • 40 Hours per week
