Headway Hospitality is currently seeking outgoing and attentive Bartenders in the Triangle Area. Headway Hospitality is Headway Workforce Solutions’ newest division. This new division specializes in serving up the best talent in the field of hospitality, food and beverage service. Headway Hospitality focuses on providing high-quality workers to clients through Headway’s proprietary recruitment, talent acquisition and workforce management practices.

As a Bartender, you will:
  • Provide bartending service to customers seeking alcoholic beverages.
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and maintain a safe environment by identifying problem clients and having them removed
  • Keep bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally
  • Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers satisfied at all times

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Must have training and 1+ year experience as a bartender working with beer, wine, and liquor
  • Must know how to free pour
  • Friendly, outgoing, and able to work quickly and efficiently
  • Highest level of customer service and hospitality skills
  • Ability to function well in a fast paced team environment and think on your feet in any situation
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
