Job Description

On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is now accepting applications for a Fabricator Position in the Austell GA area.  'What a Great opportunity' for someone looking to Produce A Quality Product with an Attention to Detail!

Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm  Pay rate: $14.00

Job Duties: 

  • Responsible for fabrication of commercial aluminum doors, frames & the use of industrial sawing, including CNC & MIG welding. 
  • Measuring of aluminum extrusions to be cut for fabrication.
  • Checking material against orders and visually inspecting incoming materials.
  • Actively engaging in safety of self and others.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED Equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. (Visa sponsorship is not available for this position).
  • Ability to use power tools including electrical, hydraulic and air powered industrial machines.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast paced and manufacturing environment
  • 2 or more years of fabrication or construction Experience.
