Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an HR Coordinator to work onsite at a national strategic account in Research Triangle Park, NC. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the growth of a strong, long-term client partnership, facilitating an array of HR services to a contingent workforce nationwide.  This position reports directly to the Headway Account Manager.   Core Job Responsibilities Include:   • Manages onboarding of new employees to include tracking completion of new hire documents and administration of I-9, E-Verify and background screenings • Responsible for all aspects of off-boarding employees to include processing end of assignment letters, equipment retrieval, exit surveys, and completion of performance evaluations • First point of contact for HR inquiries related to onboarding and offboarding • Train and assist employees with systems • Supporting team members with additional HR administrative support   Qualified candidates must possess the following:   • Enthusiastic, dedicated professional who excels at multi-tasking, takes initiative, and is extremely detail-oriented • Demonstrated success with professional writing and verbal communication • Excels at providing superior customer service • Ability to quickly learn new technology and systems • Experience working in a corporate environment and on a team • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Bachelor's degree from 4 year college or university • 3 years of HR administrative support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience   Headway Workforce Solutions has been delivering innovative and resource-saving workforce solutions to leading organizations since 1974.
