Job Description

Immediate long-term temp-hire position available with local law firm.  Position will support the office with maintaining legal files as well as assist several attorneys with administrative duties.   Perfect position for candidate seeking a career start in the legal field.

Hours: 8:30 - 5:30 Monday - Friday

Salary $11.50 - $13.00 per hour and based upon experience.


  • Associates degree or some college preferred
  • Previous administrative experience working in a law firm desired but not required
  • Minimum one year of office or administrative experience preferred
  • Must have Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Position requires excellent attention to detail as well as strong organizational skills
  • Strong proofreading and analytical skills are necessary to be successful in this role
  • Must have ability to lift 25 lbs. to retrieve and move files to various locations
