Job Description

On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is now accepting candidates for a Mail Clerk position in the New York, NY area!

As a Mail Clerk you will……

  • Mail services USPS delivering/picking up mail throughout the day from employee’s desks, along with receiving sending out Fedex as needed.
  • Print service as needed (binding, printing and stocking printers with toner and paper.
  • Inform facilities manager if service call is needed on any machines that are not running correctly
  • Stock pantries/resource rooms with supplies, beverages and paper Products.
  • Access when we need to order an item as it becomes low.
  • Conference room set up for 6 people or more (Executive and Board meetings). Pick up and set up food deliveries.
  • Clear room once meeting is over. Fill/run and empty dishwasher as needed.
  • Assistance in pulling and storing items in our onsite storage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of high school education is required

Additional Information:

  • Hours: 8:00am - 5:00 pm
  • 6+ mth contract
