On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking On-Site Full-Time Patient Support Agents. As a On-Site Patient Support Agent, you will make outbound and receive inbound calls to help patients understand their medical bills, payment options, and responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide an excellent patient experience by maintaining respect for the patient’s privacy rights and confidentiality of personal health and financial information. The position offers a full-time (40 hours) schedule, Monday through Friday, with competitive pay plus benefits.
As a On-Site Patient Support Agent, you will:
- Receive and place phone calls in a high-volume call center environment
- Patiently and accurately communicate with patients by phone
- Educate patients about responsibility for medical services provided
- Analyze and explain information in writing and verbally
- Use a computer, phone system, and software
- Understand and pronounce basic medical terms
- Type 40+ WPM
On-Site Patient Support Agent Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous call center experience required
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred

Two Competitive Pay Rate Options:
- $10.00 per hour base pay with commission. With commissions, Patient Support Agents may reach a maximum of $20.00 per hour, based on statistical performance.
- $12.00 per hour with no commission
Hours & Training:
- There are two training dates: February 1st and February 15th
- Must successfully complete a 6-week paid training class and achieve incremental performance goals. Perfect attendance is required during training.
- After completion of training, the schedule is 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with the following shifts available:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch)
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (1/2-hour lunch)
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch)
- 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST (1/2-hour lunch)
- Saturday hours are voluntary
