Job Description

On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is now accepting candidates for a Outside Services Processing Assistant position in the Niles,OH area!

As an Outside Services Processing Assistant you will……

  • Give vendors priority statuses so they know the firing order of what items are line stops, critical or to meet customer delivery schedules.
  • Daily Niles PO review against production order for accuracy of processing prior to shipment so that correct sizes, temperatures, piece Id’s and counts are flowed down correctly.
  • Review certifications or other documents from conversion sources for accuracy upon completion of designated processing.
  • Document upload (DMS) for all OSC source processing – this will be completed after review of records by conversion manager.
  • Examine invoices for accurate pricing versus planned cost.
  • Vendor master requests – ship to point requests – storage location requests (BIS) – work center requests – node code requests
  • Create new info records and maintain accuracy of existing ones.
  • Inventory requests – scrap and prime. Use of SAP for comparison/evaluation
  • Office depot account ordering and maintaining ample supplies
  • Ikon meter readings/service requests

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong organizational and Excel skills required
  • Core Hours M-F work shift negotiable Must have flexibility to work OT, weekends, possible holidays as business needs require (occasionally)

  • Hours: Negotiable
  • Temp to hire
  • $15.00/hr.
