In partnership with the University of Michigan Survey Services Lab (SSL), Headway Workforce Solutions is seeking eager and organized part-time Telephone Interviewers to conduct surveys lasting from 5 minutes to over an hour. University of Michigan conducts a wide range of studies, giving you the opportunity to have a firsthand positive impact on your community!

Required Qualifications:
  • Availability to work at least 16 hours a week, primarily evenings and weekends; some daytime shifts may be available.
  • Punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to attend all training sessions.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail including the ability to read verbatim and record answers verbatim, using a computer.  
  • Portray a professional demeanor at all times.
