We are looking for a Payroll / Benefits Administrator to join our rapidly growing team. If you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, know how to effectively problem solve and possess a solid knowledge Payroll and Benefits, we may have a position for you. This position will handle payroll and benefits for our clients.

As a Payroll / Benefits Administrator, you will...
  • Process payroll for multiple clients on various pay frequencies and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
  • Using federal and state regulations and guidelines, certify company compliance
  • Review source documents with necessary verification
  • Handle weekly/monthly reporting duties
  • Handle all payroll information questions and requests
  • Administer and maintain company benefits programs.
  • Function as a liaison between clients and employees and advises employees on eligibility, coverage, and other benefits matters.
  • Compile and maintain benefits records and documents.
  • Review benefit invoicing for any discrepancies
  • Facilitates Annual/Open Enrollment meetings for clients and applies advanced knowledge during on-site meetings to increase employee participation in Health Insurance plans.
  • Performs a variety of tasks.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required

Personal Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Very close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident and decisive in decision making with a desire to consistently find ways to improve processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years Payroll and Benefits experience required
  • Strong understanding of federal and state payroll regulations
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
  • Experience with PrismHR software is preferred
  • Customer Service experience in a team environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective problem solving/decision making
