Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Picker/Packers to be a part of a new processing facility that offers personal and professional growth in Secaucus, NJ.


As a Picker/Packer, you will:
  • Perform various manual labor tasks including, but not limited to box making, labeling, picking/packing orders, shipping/receiving, and replenishing
  • Work in a fast-moving start-up environment with large opportunities to grow
  • Maintain accuracy, quality and exceed productivity expectation
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Be trained on all core processes of a warehouse and operate with a high level of accuracy
  • Report issues to supervisor and help to improve processes
  • Ensure all processing areas are neat, clean, and organized at all times
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in order processing environment preferred
  • General computer skills: Knowledge on warehouse management system is a plus

Additional Information:
  • $12.00/hr.
  • Day and night shifts available (Day Shift: 8:00 am-4:30 pm or Night Shift: 5:00 pm-1:30 Am)

Physical Requirements:
  • Able to use hands to type, as well as finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms
  • Able to stand for majority of shift
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs
