Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Proposal Coordinator for a contract opportunity in Warminster, PA. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading suppliers of a wide range of products, solutions and services in the field of energy technology.


As a Proposal Coordinator, you will:
  • Manage the inside proposal support requirements of multiple Representative/Distributor Sales Channels and Customers as a Single Point of Contact for order related activities and acts as a Sales Channel advocate within company for project bids.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of satisfaction through timely and accurate processing of project quotes.
  • Lead communications with Regional Sales Manager, Sales Representative, and Proposal Engineer for how to price and prepare bid for customer.
  • Review and identify noteworthy items with RFQ packages.
  • Assign tasks to legal counsel, ECA, and Proposal Engineer(s) for bid preparation.
  • Direct Proposal Engineers on how and what to bid, identifying items of special concern or interest.
  • Communicate with Proposal Engineer to obtain time needed to complete bids.
  • Communicate with Customer for bid extensions, as needed, along with an understanding of why an extension is requested.
  • Submit Intent to Bid documents as required.
  • Prepare and submit proposals in accordance with customer RFQ documents and Company Policy.
  • Obtain approval of Full Cost Models as necessary.
  • Initiate and prepare Risk Review documents as necessary for Sales Manager.
  • Proactively contacts Sales Channels and Regional Sales Managers to follow-up on bids for customer feedback on award of Purchase Orders.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Basic Knowledge of Instrumentation Products including basic model code configurations.
  • Knowledge of Systems; including SAP and all Quote Tools
  • At least five years of Instrumentation or Inside Sales experience.

Physical Requirements:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, stand, sit, talk or hear. 
  • The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.

Additional Information:
  • This is a 6 month contract
  • 40 Hours per week
