Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Receptionist for a 4+ month contract opportunity in Dallas, TX with our partner, the nation's largest title insurance company through its title insurance underwriters.

Job Description:
  • Greet and welcome visitors
  • Operate a switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls
  • Receive and distribute packages daily
  • Keep track of on-site conference room reservation calendar
  • Retrieve and distribute mail each day
  • Maintain the professional and orderly appearance of the Lobby and Conference Room prior to each opening day
  • Keep the main kitchen and front galley stocked and presentable each day
  • Order office supplies on an as-needed basis
  • 1-3 years previous experience
