Job Description

On behalf of World Tech Toys, a leader in hobby-grade RC vehicles, Headway Workforce Solutions is seeking enthusiastic and driven tech-savvy Seasonal Sales Associates in Ontario, CA at the Ontario Mills Mall. As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to ensure our customers experience the fun of World Tech Toys’ products.

Sales Associates will be responsible for creating an engaging environment that ensures customer satisfaction and sales. We are seeking candidates who have previous retail experience and a track record of creating customer-centric shopping experiences! This position is part time, seasonal, offering a rate of $14/hour. This position is expected to begin mid-November and last 5 weeks, which may be extended if the store achieves sales goals.

• Meet sales objectives by engaging potential customers and introducing them to the brand
• Appropriately escalate customer concerns to Team Lead
• Be a part of a team who drive business and exceed customer expectations
• Uphold brand values and standards

• Passion for RC technology and customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Communication and problem solving skills
• Flexible and able to perform other various duties as required

• This position requires constant moving and standing.
• Must be able to stand for the majority of your shift.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use their hands and fingers, grasp, reach, climb, lift, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and use repetitive motions.
• Also the employee is required to exert up to 25-35 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 42 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
