Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Software Support Specialist to work at our corporate office in North Raleigh, NC. As a Software Support Specialist, you will assist Headway clients with software operations. Your duties will include interacting with clients via phone and email, completing tasks that typically require research, resolution of complex requests, and providing solutions that effectively support client and Headway’s operations. Also, as a Software Support Specialist, you must be an expert in Headway IT platforms and provide exceptional customer service.

As a Software Support Specialist, you will
  • Serve as the point of contact for assigned clients for training, implementation, and end-user support.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships and communication channels with the assigned client and internal Headway departments.
  • Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently.
  • Support implementation tasks working alongside colleagues in Sales, CORE Account Management, and IT development.
  • Provide support and training to clients and employees regarding Headway’s systems.

  • Work independently with little supervision, but function as part of a larger IT team.
  • Maintain composure across a variety of employee and peer interactions.
  • Proficiency with technology and how to apply it to solving problems.
  • Exhibit patience during complex customer issues.
  • Willingness to work a shift that falls between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Education & Experience
  • At least three to five years of related experience.
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Managing CRM platform, especially Zoho CRM preferred, not required
  • General knowledge of accounting processes preferred, not required
  • Strong technical systems knowledge with multiple types of software systems
