Headway Workforce Solutions is searching for a Staffing Branch Manager. Responsible for achieving the region’s overall financial goals through sales as well as increasing the growth and profitability of existing clientele by leading, directing and developing your branch team.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work closely with Leadership in accordance with Company Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, KPIs and KOM
  • Strategic planning and execution of Business Development, Production and Operational goals to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the branch’s operations
  • Provide market analysis to Leadership for annual organic growth opportunities within the region
  • Implement improved recruiting strategies to generate higher ROI and order fulfillment optimization
  • Hold routine monthly P&L report review meetings with Leadership, implement & track improvement measures
  • Develop and direct the branch team to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Support the development of recruiting and branch operations staff to ensure that all operational processes are followed and evaluated for utilization.
  • Interact regularly with individual branch department heads to ensure that company’s operational priorities are aligned with total company direction.
  • Continually introduce process improvement measures and implement companywide programs that improve our company’s competitive advantage in the marketplace.
  • Coordinate and drive the business relationship with key customers
  • Create an operations culture where employees have clear expectations, are held accountable and are provided productive feedback on a regular basis.
  • Review and provide timely weekly reports to Leadership

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding superior performance; holding team members accountable for exuding professional behavior and meeting expected performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Knowledge of general operational controls and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal.
  • Effective oversight/management experience preferred (2 or more years)
  • Excellent team building, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Adapt to changes in the work environment, delays or unexpected events; manage competing demands; change approach or method to best fit the situation.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
  • Staffing Industry(Required – preferably light industrial or medical fields)
  • Recruiting Management(Required)
  • Business Development(Preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree(Preferred)
