Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Title Assistant II for a 3+ month contract opportunity in Chicago, IL with our partner, a leading provider of title insurance and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries, currently the nation's largest title insurance company through its title insurance underwriters.


Position Summary:

The job itself will entail a wide variety of projects including but not limited to: Involvement with order placement to field offices for commercial transactions. Daily follow-up with field offices to collect appropriate documentation.


Skills:
  • 4 year degree (or working toward completing one) preferred
  • Position requires good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook Excel and Windows based programs
  • Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to be flexible
  • Some administrative, legal, or real estate experience very helpful
  • Exposure to title commitments or other real estate documents a plus

Physical Demands:
  • Employee is required to talk and hear, and use hands to finger keyboard, telephone, and handle other objects
  • The employee is frequently required to walk, sit and reach with hands and arms
  • Communicate effectively through speech and listening
  • Required to sit for extended periods at a time

Additional Information:
  • This is a 3+ month contract
  • Weekdays. 9 am – 5 pm
