Job Description

Headway Hospitality, a division of Headway Workforce Solutions, is currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Dishwashers/Utility Workers for our client in the Greensboro, NC area! As a Dishwasher/Utility Worker, you will clean and sanitize commercial kitchens and other kitchen supplies. You will also adhere to all food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures at all times. This is a part-time position and offers pay of $10.00 per hour. We are looking to start individuals immediately!


As a Dishwasher/Utility Worker, you will:
  • Quickly and safely wash heavy pots/pans by setting up proper dish stations
  • Operate an industrial dishwasher
  • Use food safety practices for various tasks such as stocking commercial refrigerators
  • Haul trash in a commercial environment
  • Have excellent communication skills and Provide additional assistance to other kitchen staff as needed during peak times
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements of a Dishwasher/Utility Worker:
  • Consent to a pre-employment background check
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous kitchen experience preferred
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • Be able to take direction well and work with limited supervision

  • Safely lift/move loads of 25+ pounds and occasionally handle loads of 50+ pounds
