Job Description

Headway Hospitality, a division of Headway Workforce Solutions, is currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Weekend Call Center Runners for our client in the Raleigh, NC area! As a Weekend Call Center Runner, you will provide excellent customer service while being able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. This part-time position offers pay of $11.00 per hour. Weekend schedules are available with shifts from 6:00am - 1:30pm or 1:30pm - 7:30pm on Saturday and Sunday. We are looking to start individuals immediately!

As a Weekend Call Center Runner, you will:
  • Answer calls and takes orders/diet plans from patient rooms
  • Take the orders and deliver them to the kitchen staff
  • Maintain favorable customer image by providing friendly, courteous customer service in an efficient and productive workplace
  • Maintain phone coverage to meet the needs of the patients through dependable attendance and achievement of optimal call transaction time

Requirements of a Weekend Call Center Runner:
  • Consent to pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Consent to TB test and Flu Shot
  • Proof of required vaccinations - to be discussed during hiring process
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous kitchen experience preferred as a food server or food handler
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve proactively
  • Familiar with the industries’ best practices.
