Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant II for a contract opportunity in Lusby, MD with one of the nation's largest producers and transporters of energy. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience with an industry leader currently operating the nation's largest natural gas storage system.

As an Administrative Assistant II you will:
  • Under general supervision, this role provides clerical and administrative support to the Planning Department at a premier LNG facility located along the shores of the Chesapeake Bay in beautiful Southern Maryland.
  • The candidate will follow established policies, procedures, and instructions in performance of duties, with opportunity to use discretion.
  • Work may be monitored and checked.
  • The main focus will be on: entering maintenance history and closing of work orders within the SAP PM module, filing of maintenance records, scanning of documents, and basic clerical work; assists in organizing and storing department files. Uses discretion in making decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling work.
  • Provides general typing and word processing support.
  • Uses computer software such as MS Office Suite.

  • Ability to collect, compile and analyze information and data.
  • Proficient skills operating computerized and standard office equipment.
  • Proficient typing skills. Understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Some clerical/administrative experience. Experience with SAP a plus.
  • High School or GED preferred

Additional Information:
  • 6 Month Contract
  • 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
  • Primary duties are typing, scanning and filing. Must be proficient in these fields.
  • Possibility of extending assignment longer than 6 months.
