Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Marketing Assistant for a temp to hire position in Newport News, VA.

Job Description:

  •     Filing and closing out files.
  •     Review and sort mail
  •     Assist with phones and greeting clients when receptionist is away.
  •     Assist with preparing marketing material.
  •     Assist attorneys with research.
  •     Communicate and interact with legal team and clients.
  •     Uphold strict confidentiality with client and firm matters.   

Qualifications:

  •     Knowledge of standard office equipment.
  •     2 years of prior office experience.
  •     Professional written and oral skills.
  •     Experience with data management.
  •     Strong problem solving and decision making skills preferred.
  •     Proficient with MS Office 2016, Excel, Outlook and PDF Docs.
  •     Familiar with Social Media Marketing.

    Pay rate  : $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
