Job Description

Headway Corporate Resources is screening applicants on behalf of Ferguson Enterprises for a long-term indefinite assignment to assist department with online sales orders.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base to ensure satisfaction with all products and services

- Answer incoming calls and emails from distributors

- Assist with orders and research of product information

- Complete customer job quotes

- Handle and complete customer returns

- Check stock and place orders for customers

- Track orders and fax nightly confirmations to customers

- Assist with direct mail planning and marketing

- Send credit applications and manufacturer literature to prospective and current customers.

Qualifications:

- 4 year college degree or Associates degree preferred but not required

- Previous experience working in the home building, plumbing or appliance industry helpful

- Previous sales experience or retail / restaurant management experience helpful

- Must have ability to work effectively with deadlines and in a fast-paced environment

- Must excel in offering superior customer service

- Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm required

- Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel required

Salary $14.00 per hour
