If so, we want you to join our local collegiate level baseball team... the Holly Springs Salamanders!

The Salamanders are members of the Coastal Plain League, which consists of 15 teams throughout the Carolinas and Virginia.

We are seeking experienced, part-time Ballpark Food and Beverage Attendants to work at the Ting Stadium in Holly Springs, North Carolina. As a Ballpark Food and Beverage Attendant, you will prepare and serve food items according to specifications in an efficient manner while displaying the highest standard of guest service. Other responsibilities include serving alcoholic beverages to guests responsibly, in accordance with Bull City Hospitality and North Carolina alcohol policies. The season lasts from June to August with additional events at the ballpark starting as soon as April. This position offers $8.80/hour.

As a Ballpark Food and Beverage Attendant, you will…
  • Prepare and serve food items according to recipes and quality standards in assigned location
  • Maintain current knowledge of daily menus and prices
  • Maintain knowledge of the Point of Sale System
  • Accurately complete all transactions (cash and non-cash) and return accurate change to guests
  • Balance revenue drop to end of shift reports
  • Receive drink orders from patrons or servers
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
  • Deliver stock, ice and other products throughout the facility, in an efficient and timely manner
  • Stock product in commissary; ensures that inventory levels of supplies are maintained
  • Report all needed commissary repairs to the supervisor
  • Maintain appearance of cleanliness of condiment and concession stand counters
  • Communicate with the Food and Beverage Manager ensuring stock is maintained through the event
  • Perform as a team member and assist fellow associates to ensure a smooth operation
  • Greet guests positively, treating each person as an individual and in a professional manner
  • Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Complete other duties as assigned 
  • Reports all hazards or accidents immediately

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Hospitality, food and beverage, or customer service experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Team player
