Job Description

Headway Corporate Resources is screening applicants for an immediate 6 month contract position to assist with administrative tasks as well as assist with answering questions regarding online banking.

Hours will be 8:30 - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday with ability to work until 6 pm one night per week

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers

- Answer customer questions regarding reset of passwords or other online banking questions

- Document all interactions with customers

- Perform administrative support

- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word

Qualifications:

- Previous banking or operations experience helpful but not required

- E-Commerce or online experience helpful

- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

- Must have ability to work effectively with deadlines and in a fast-paced environment

- Must excel in offering superior customer service

- Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm required

Salary $13.00 per hour
