Are you passionate about craft beer? Do you enjoy attending special events around the Rocky Mount area? If so, we want you to join the newest addition to Bull Durham Beer Company, The Rocky Mount Mills Taproom in Rocky Mount, NC!

We are looking for personable individuals to serve Bull Durham Beer at special events around the Rocky Mount, NC areas. This position is part-time with a varied schedule. Your schedule will revolve around the Rocky Mount Mills Taproom and events schedule. The pay rate is $7.25 an hour plus tips.

As a Special Events Bartender, you will…
  • Serve craft beer to guests
  • Ask anyone who appears to be 40 years of age or younger for their identification card
  • Maintain knowledge of beer
  • Accurately complete all transactions (cash and non-cash) and return accurate change to guests
  • Greet guests positively, treating each person as an individual and in a professional manner
  • Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Reports all hazards or accidents immediately
  • In charge of event set up and break down

  • Previous bartending experience
  • Knowledgeable about beer
  • Reliable
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Must provide 3 professional references
