On behalf of Kantar, Headway is hiring Bilingual (Spanish/English) Market Research Interviewers to work on a 2 week project surveying local residents of the Hispanic Community in order to gather consumer opinions.

Research Interviewers will be required to identify locations in which qualified Spanish-speaking respondents can be recruited to participate in the survey. Each interviewer will be responsible for 25 completed interviews. Interviewers must be engaging, comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers, and able to work outside for several hours at a time. Work will be self paced, and all interviews must be completed within a 2 week period.

As a Bilingual Market Research Interviewer, you will be required to:
  • Be comfortable traveling within assigned zip codes in your local area to various community locations to identify and interview qualified participants, during the day, evening, and weekend hours. 
  • Be dependable and reliable, working all required hours to meet survey quotas
  • Have a market research background or experience conducting face to face interviews or collecting data
  • Fluently speak both Spanish and English
  • Be outgoing and comfortable engaging strangers to meet survey quotas
  • Be comfortable using technology
  • Have a laptop computer that you can use to complete the survey
  • Be familiar with and engaged in the local Hispanic community

Key Information:
  • Project will last from February 22nd - March 3rd (dates may change depending on survey completion rate)
  • Flexible schedule, with a minimum of 10 hours required each week.
  • Approach individuals and conduct 15 minute surveys
  • Provide cash incentive to participants upon completing surveys
  • Transmit data to Kantar at the end of every shift
