Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions, in partnership with a committed healthcare company, is seeking EXPERIENCED Call Center Customer Service Representatives to assist with peak volume calls.

These positions will be long-term indefinite positions but based upon performance there could be opportunity for permanent consideration.

Hours will be 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday or

Salary $10.00 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 1 years call center customer service experience
  • Must possess excellent customer skills
  • Minimum 35 wpm typing required
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have the ability to commit to the full length of the temporary contract position
  • Background check and drug screen will be required
