Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions, in partnership with a committed healthcare company, is seeking EXPERIENCED Medical Call Center Representatives to assist with inbound call support.

These positions will be 4-6 month long long assignments with possible permanent potential.  

Hours will be 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. or 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday.

Salary $12.50 - $14.00 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year call center customer service experience
  • Previous experience working in a medical environment or Doctor's office preferred
  • Prior credentialing experience helpful but not required
  • Must possess excellent customer skills
  • Minimum 35 wpm typing required
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have the ability to commit to the full length of the temporary contract position
  • Background check and drug screen will be required
