Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions is screening applicants on behalf of Ferguson Enterprises for career Corporate Customer Service opportunities.

Hours will be 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.  Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Pleasantly answer incoming calls from distributors and assist with orders
  • Complete customer job quotes
  • Handle and complete customer returns
  • Check stock and place orders for customers
  • Track orders and provide proof of deliveries
  • Fax nightly confirmations to customers
  • Assist with direct mail planning and marketing
  • Send credit applications and manufacturer literature to prospective and current customers.

Qualifications:

  • 4 year college degree or Associates degree preferred but not required
  • Must excel in customer service and enjoy interaction with others
  • Must have ability to work effectively with deadlines and in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to present a positive phone presence
  • Basic computer skills and 35 wpm typing
  • Previous experience working in a retail or restaurant setting helpful
