Job Description

Corporate accounting firm is seeking a professional communicator to handle front office reception and administrative support duties for a potential temp-hire position.

Wonderful team atmosphere.

This position will be the front line of client services for the office and will be the first impression that clients have of their experience with the firm.


Responsibilities:
  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Assist clients with questions and inquires
  • Perform general administrative duties utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Data Entry
  • Assist office with scanning of tax documents and maintaining paperless office environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years administrative, reception or office experience required
  • Must be comfortable utilizing Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Minimum 35 wpm typing
  • Previous experience working for a financial institution, CPA of accounting firm helpful
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task critical in this role.

Permanent Salary will be between $20.00 - $23.00 per hour and based upon experience.

Work Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday with some overtime required on Saturdays during tax season.
