Job Description

On behalf of Directions Research, Headway Workforce Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representatives (Market Research) to work on a short-term market research project. In this role, you will be conducting surveys with guests at a local restaurant in order to gather important information related to their overall experience. Pay is $17.00 per hour. This is a 7 day assignment.


What you'll do:
  • Work with the restaurant staff to identify eligible guests
  • Approach guests and ask them to complete a short survey
  • Explain the importance of the survey and overcome any objections in order to gain participation
  • Assist participants with using a Tablet device, as needed
  • Meticulously account for incentives given to participants

Dates and Times:
  • Project will last from Monday, May 21st – Sunday, May 27th
  • Two shifts are available
  • 11:15 am - 5:00 pm
  • 5:15 pm - 9:30 pm
  • Qualified staff must be available to work all scheduled days

Paid Phone Training:
  • Friday, May 18th at 11:00am

  • Kernersville, NC 27284

Compensation:
  • $17.00 per hour

Individuals with previous surveying, data collection, customer service, or research experience are encouraged to apply!

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability and willingness to stand for the entirety of your shift
  • Must be physically able to stand, walk and go up and down stairs
  • Must be able to communicate effectively through speech and listening in loud and crowded locations
  • Must read text verbatim from a hand-held tablet screen
  • Must physically transport hand-held tablet, equipment, and materials. Up to 15 pounds
