Job Description

On behalf of Envirosell, Headway Workforce Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representative's to work on a short-term market research project surveying guests as they exit a local Apple store within a mall to gather information related to their experience!

The project is scheduled to take place Thursday, 3/21 – Sunday, 3/24. This is a four day assignment.


What You'll Do:
  • Work with data collector partner to identify eligible guests
  • You will ask guests to complete a short survey on a project provided tablet as they exit the location
  • Overcome objections in order to gain participation
  • Assist participants with using a Tablet device, as needed

Data Collection Dates:
  • March 21st – March 24th
  • 11:00 am – 7:00 pm each day

Locations:
  • Scottsdale, AZ
  • Glendale, AZ
  • Chandler, AZ
  • Gilbert, AZ

Compensation:
  • $18 per hour – Increased to $20/hr if all shifts are completed

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability and willingness to stand for the entirety of your shift
  • Must be physically able to stand, walk and go up and down stairs
  • Must be able to communicate effectively through speech and listening in loud and crowded locations
  • Must read text verbatim from a hand-held tablet screen
  • Must physically transport hand-held tablet, equipment, and materials. Up to 15 pound
