Job Description

On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is now Accepting Applications for a Fabrication 1st Shift Position in the Tukwila WA area! This is a dynamic opportunity for someone seeking, to gain a industrial position within a manufacturing facility.  

Hours-(1st Shift)  7am-3:30pm,  Pay Rate; $18.25/hour

Essential Job Duties;

  • Loads & Unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, shelves and machinery by hand.
  • Operates and maintain power sander, shaper and punch press.
  • Sand, clean and mark proper identification on all jobs.
  • Performs quality inspections and reports errors.
  • Reads and interprets take-off sheets, cut lists and shop orders to determine machine setup and sequence of operations. 

Qualifications;

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
  • 1-6 months related work experience is preferred.
  • Ability to read, analyze, understand basic math and interprets documents such as; operating & procedure manuals, safety rules and maintains instructions.
  • Able to stand for prolong hours
  •  Ability to repetitively lift up to 40 pounds.
