Job Description

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Flow Coordinators, and Releasing Helpers (1st and 3rd Shift) for a contract opportunity in Washington, MO with our partner, an energy industry leader committed to creating innovative and sustainable solutions that move the world forward.


Job Description:

Responsible for tracking tools, tracking work orders, and organizing work centers by priority.


Job Details:
  • Provide run sheets, tooling and visual aids for scheduled work orders
  • Verify all customer specifications match on run sheets, visual aids, mapping, tooling, etc.,
  • Work with supervisors, engineering and quality to resolve specification discrepancies
  • Label all incoming work orders with radii and thickness and then enter into the scheduling board under triage
  • Organize and stage work orders by priority and radii/bend in work center
  • Outgoing material movement between work centers
  • Ensure shims are fully stocked at all times
  • Resolve any issues located in the designated issues cart
  • Coordinate with other work center supervisors when tooling is needed in more than one work center
  • Separate and deliver brake form parts to appropriate brake press based on next operation (stress or hot form) after LF-22 process
  • Brake / Stress will be organized by radii, thickness and priority

Qualifications:
  • Basic Computer skills required
  • Must be willing to work on shop floor (not in office)
  • Must have organizational skills and be self-motivated
